Will i still able to get into UCLA major (Engineering) with a 3.9 GPA but got a C in precalculus Honors?

can you tell me what exactly i have to do to get into UCLA? SAT scores ACT scores and GPA for junior yr? I am currently a sophmore but i have a 3.9 GPA weighted.
