I can't give advice about what your baby was experiencing, but it sounds like maybe she was showing symptoms of her illness. Talk to your baby's nurse. They often have more time to explain things than the Dr's do. Also, if she had a fever, some baby's can have a seizure from a high temp that is usually harmless.
