Does the punctuation and wording look ok, or can something be adjusted?

In regards to the Chevrolet Tahoe/Suburban, located in the Terrill Creek HOA subdivision. We were able to locate this vehicle at the residency, although the vehicle was, at the time of the patrol, in the driveway of that particular property.
