Whats the movie title?

i saw it years ago and all i remember (funnily enough!) was a scene where a woman is on her way to a house (i think she was a kind of carer) and she deliberately gets wet by standing under a drain pipe so when she arrives she has to get changed (into a dressing gown or something). her job is to go and read to the lad in bed but she changes the book to an one and deliberately teases him while he listens in his bed!! i cant remember the name of this film.....please help if ya can cheers!
