Lately I have been having bad Left back pains....?

On my left side. Just underneath my shoulder blade. My throat has been hurting off and in within the past few days. One time it hurst soooo bad I could barley move and It hurt to put pressure on it. But that was like only for like 1 hour but it hurt severly, and other times I had had dull barley feel-able pains in the same spot but they still hurt. I only had that sever pain once but yeah. Anyway please help! Thank you guys for all your help! <3
