How bad is it to have copyrighted stuff on a custom t-shirt?

I'm designing some T shirts for a lads holiday. I want to upload some photos to be printed on a webite that makes custom tshirts. However the image is of a branded drink. the image itself is randomly searched for on google. We're not endorsing this product, its simply linked word wise to a pun we've made up for the holiday. These companies may not do it because its a copyrighted image (probably), or at the very least they say they're not responsible for any legal issues related to using the image (basically have it at your own risk). Now this is just a silly little holiday, and most likely no one will care, but it is illegal in some respect, so now im paranoid! What should I do?
