If God loves us. Why do bad things happen to good people?

Its sad when someone dies and i'll say i've asked that question a million times! Basically when we first sined (in the garden of Eden) it changed everything and nothing was perfect anymore, because of this the Devil could get involved more often and God didn't do this to the young boy, it was the Devil and even though its really sad you should have peace that if the boy was saved then he is in Heaven. Heaven is so much better that Earth so its like a blessing to be able to go their at such a young age.
