Medicines to singapore without prescription?

I need to take regular medications for my lungs but somehow I have lost the prescription. I am going to singapore in a few days. Will I be able to carry them in my main luggage without the prescription?what should I do? I cannot get another prescription as I have moved places since the treatment.
