Help, girlfriend with serious pms, need advice?

ohh wow umm.....yeah this is a hard question lol but ill try....when i have PMS i get it badly too......when girls havee it they really have this strong urge to just complain and cry like a big baby...i dont know why this happens but thts what our hormones do...SO! when you could tellits coming.....just say you havee to go.......ill leave you alone to you cool down for a lil...shell be mad at the moment but when its over then shell really know...it wont be a big fight.
