Am i fat? im really paranoid that i look ugly and fat:(! good answers please :( xx?

so im 13 years old fairly tall for my age just as my dad says..13 and i weigh 9 stone 9 pounds..i weighed myself today and it said 9stone and 9 pounds ..and my mum said there is nothing wrong with that ur just really tall and ur quite big boned really.. tbh i do think i am ''big boned'' + that i am fairly tall i am roughly about 5ft 6? for a 13 year old.. am i fat:( im relly paranoid and hthink im ugly:( also i went today to this lad ..oh my god my belly is well fat cos i was wearin a belly top+he said no is it hell ur jsut average weight .good answers please:( xxxxx
